What are sundries?
Sundries refer to the consumable materials and minor incidental items used during the job, including those for drilling, fixing, cleaning, packaging material, minor adjustments, and related tasks. Please note that while the labour for drilling is included in our hourly rate, the associated materials are covered under sundries.
After decluttering, we’ll guide you through what to keep, sell, or donate.
- Donation drop-off: R500 per load (to a charity of your choice)
- Disposal/dumping: R500 per load
Product Sourcing
Any products we source for you are charged at cost + 25% sourcing fee.
Travel & Consultations
- We’re based in Cape Town and also work nationally in Johannesburg and Durban.
- Travel fees may apply for out-of-town projects (included in your quote).
- For consultations outside a 15km radius of Cape Town, a travel fee of R7 per km applies.
- If you’re outside the Cape Town area, we offer a complimentary virtual consultation via WhatsApp video call. You’ll walk us through the space, then send photos/videos so we can prepare a tailored proposal and quote.
