Cancellations & Rescheduling
At SheSorts, every project is unique and tailored to your home, lifestyle, and budget. Because our work is service-based and time-intensive, we are unable to offer cash refunds once services have been rendered.
If you need to reschedule a booked project, changes can be made up to 7 days prior to your project date. After this period, we’re unfortunately unable to accommodate changes or cancellations, but we will offer you the next available date.
For DIY Packs purchased online, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for gift cards only. Gift cards are valid for one year and may be applied toward future services or products. All sale items are final.
We take great care in sourcing, preparing, and delivering each project or pack. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it promptly.
